No everyone must be in a Madd Colors costume or t-shirt in order to participate in the parade. Security will escort anyone not in proper attire out of the parade.

NO, as previously stated anyone not in attire will be escorted out. If they are not comfortable wearing. a costume the t-shirt section is the best option for them at a minimal cost. It is also inclusive of everything mentioned above including food and drinks
